Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and accounting skills? Our School is seeking a receptionist to manage front-office operations while overseeing financial transactions to ensure smooth school administration

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors professionally.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  3. Maintain student records and administrative documentation.
  4. Coordinate appointments, schedules, and school events.
  5. Handle invoicing, billing, and fee collection.
  6. Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  7. Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Minimum KCSE C
  2. Diploma in Business Admin
  3. Computer literate
  4. 2 years working experience
