We are seeking to engage a highly reliable and disciplined Driver to support day-to-day transport needs for the family, office, and farm. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, organised, and possess excellent driving and interpersonal skills, capable of handling diverse assignments with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Family Duties
- Drive family members safely to and from appointments, school, church, and other personal engagements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all family matters.
- Ensure family vehicles are clean, fueled, and in top mechanical condition.
- Run errands such as shopping, school drop-offs, parcel delivery, and bill payments.
Office Duties
- Provide transport for staff, guests, and office deliveries.
- Handle document dispatches, bank errands, and office logistics as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Assist with general office errands and operational support.
Farm Duties
- Transport farm produce, inputs, and workers as required.
- Support the movement of service providers, veterinarians, and suppliers to and from the farm.
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment under care are serviced and roadworthy.
- Provide logistical assistance and basic supervision when needed.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- Minimum KCSE Certificate.
- Valid Kenyan Driving Licence – Class BCE (preferred), experience with manual vehicles preffered.
- Certificate of Good Conduct (current).
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of professional driving experience.
- Mus
- Familiarity with Nairobi, Kikuyu, and surrounding routes.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
Personal Attributes
- Honest, respectful, and dependable.
- Punctual with strong follow-through.
- Neat personal presentation and professional conduct.
- Flexible and adaptable to diverse working environments (home, office, and farm).
